Message	you called the cops and went through all that shit to not stay there and verify if your Z was in fact in the shop or they were driving it around? WTF, I would have camped out so they wouldn't sneak it in after they got the call. Also if I'm gonna be leaving my car in ANY shop for ANY amount of time I write down the mileage and even take a pic if I happen to have my digicam and make sure they see me doing it, I also take out the stereo face, but basically any reputable shop should have a printout of the mileage on the agreement. You jumped the gun on this one, doh. I know it will piss them off even more now because of what you did but if the car is to stay there past today take the mileage down.
